In the United States: EPS thermal insulation products conform to the ASTM C578 material standard.
In Canada: EPS thermal insulation products conform to the CAN/ULC S701.1 material standard.
EPS thermal insulation is widely recognized as the rigid, closed-cell polystyrene foam notable for its stable R-value over the lifetime of the building. EPS is readily customized by density and post-molding processes to optimize the performance of the insulation for the requirements of the installation, thus minimizing waste.
Note: Expired disclosures can be used in a submittal package if the product was purchased during the validity period.
